Collaboration by the Minute
A very exciting half-day session in which we use "Collaboration Cards" to understand the moods, feelings, and goals of those around us, such that we create a mindset that prompts collaboration.
This class is for anyone who wants to learn how to interact more positively and productively with those whom they share work, hobbies, or relationships with. Anyone, in any industry or vocation, can learn how to collaborate more professionally and efficiently through this half-day session.
What can you do to improve collaboration? It turns out, quite a lot. In this session, we will work with "collaboration cards;" more than a baker's dozen of specific things you can do to enhance the mood for collaboration in the people around you. We will work in small groups to invent and practice activities that you can use within your teams, with your subordinates, in your family, in your community, or with whomever else you'd like.
