Applying Motivational Value Systems for Effective Team Collaboration
Improve relationships, manage conflict and collaborate more effectively by learning how your motivation and values influence your behavior.
This course is for leadership teams and team members in organizations and individuals who want to improve their relationships.
Increase your effectiveness and reduce conflict by understanding the premises of Relationship Awareness Theory. We’ll discuss universal motivation, intention and behavior while exploring how motivation changes in conflict and the impact of conflict triggers. Learn how motivation and values influence behavior and gain insights into how you can improve relationships and manage conflict.
Relationship Awareness Theory centers around empowering people to relate better with others. Through applying the Core Strengths Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) when things are going well and when in conflict, we can learn more about ourselves through this heuristic tool that involves learning through self-discovery and experiences. SDI does not look at preferences or behavior; rather it looks at the purposeful strivings and why we do what we do. The more we learn about ourselves, the more effective choices we make. Better understanding ourselves and others can lead to better relationships and communication, which can decrease conflict and improve business results.
Capture relationship-building techniques that you will be able to apply immediately. With instructors certified to facilitate Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), our interactive workshops aid your employees in understanding the basis of their motivation and learning techniques to communicate more effectively and produce better results for your company.

The color themes provide a helpful way to describe motivations that break down barriers and highlight strengths.
Some of the questions the SDI workshop will teach to individuals, as well as break down the best way to break down the found attributes include:
The workshops consist of a series of modules and training sessions for team members (management teams) and a breakdown of the assessment to better understand different motives behind behaviors.
